finally bought a couch for the basement. got a real nice couch for upstairs, it’s so fancy and pretty, but we almost never use it because we’re just not really up there. nacho uses it all the damn time, because he loves skunking up things that we like. because he is an asshole.
this is the couch/sectional combo that we’re getting. as in, picking it up tomorrow. yay!
it’s going to be awesome. and i’m so glad we got them, because basically they were legit our only option for getting actual furniture into the basement. our basement is pretty much super awesome and hugetastic but the entryways into it are really god damned small. like 33″ or smaller. it’s pretty ridiculous. i wanted a giant raiders couch or some plush, squashy thing, but there would be no way in hell it would ever make it through the entryways (either of them! they’re both tiny as shit) so that dream was crushed pretty readily.
and now, we will soon have something awesome and comfortable and real in our basement. it’s going to be like an actual house and living space. i can’t wait until we finish up the living room upstairs, and start working on the master bedroom. i definitely love our house, but it is taking a lot of work. is definitely not cheap, though. pretty much been hemorrhaging monies all the time. and, of course, we still have a shit load of stuff to do to get the master bedroom ready.
and so much crap to do with the car. every thing that’s wrong with the car makes me just want to cry, because i feel bad for it. it’s like i’m holding back this great, gorgeous thing from all of its glory.
i’m not letting my car be great, damn it. WHY CAN’T I LET IT BE GREAT?!?!

last friday, i had my wisdom teeth out. or at least, two of those fuckers. one is never coming out, ever. i hated it. it was awful. my face is still kind of fucked up.

i get my wisdom teeth pulled friday morning and i am freaking the fuck out about it. seriously? freaking.the.fuck.out. i’m not really prepared and i’m super worried and everything is extra mondo shitty and i hate it all.
ugh.
it’s going to hurt, i’m going to take forever to heal and i still have like “other bullshit drama” to deal with this weekend as well.
PLUS! a final exam to take, that is entirely essay questions. fuck fuck fuck fuck.

It’s the first day we’ve had decent sunshine in forever, I was starting to forget what it’s like. It seemed the rainy weather followed us home from Maine.
