oh yeah…totally. i lost my fran ring, for one. that sucked. i’ve lost other really important things too, usually jewelry that’s irreplaceable and stuff. i’m bad with jewelry.
Salad: What is the best Christmas present you ever received?
so far, my NES is definitely up there. and raiders stuff my daddy gives me.
Main Course: Tell about a favorite “hang out” place for you and your friends when you were in high school.
dunno, the drag on colorado ave? scronics (ew)? it was boring in high school.

seriously.

they suck SO HARD. and i almost lost everything just now…and i’m trying to figure out the best method to back it all up. because i’m sure i’ll lose it all again soon, but i have no way to check on it this weekend (mourns for dying mac mini).

thus, my anger leads to filler.

finally, the weather seems to have almost caught on to the fact that it’s damn near winter officially and that the 60-degree days are confusing in december. not that i mind them necessarily, i just hope it’s not mother nature’s way of getting us all to let down our guard and then hosing us so spectacularly.

meh.

holiday parties are already in swing, christmas is looming on the horizon (i’m so woefully unprepared for it) and the year is rapidly coming to a close.

i’m not entirely certain i have complete & utter disdain for ’06 but i definitely have not been a fan of certain parts of it. i dunno, i guess we’ll see on new years, ya know?

i still can’t believe how fast it’s all happening. everything is changing almost faster than i could dare to keep up.

Ten Things You Want to Do Before the End of the Year

get a definite Plan for the whole moving thing
start collecting boxes for the whole moving thing
think about getting my eyes checked
think about figuring out another tattoo (for reals)
figure out a definitive budget for the end of the year/beginning of next year
actually accomplish something at work (that i’ve been meaning to do for a while)
go to canadia again (this probably is not going to happen, though)
get a few more games for my NES
actually play my NES sometime
