friday i embarked upon a three-day weekend earned solely on my ability to be a damned good office monkey. woo and yay. that alone was enough to please me immensely. i had no idea i would be embarking upon one hell of an awesome weekend. no idea at all.
and boy am i grateful. that is exactly what i needed. everything was just perfect, even the weather. in fact, it was so freaking perfect that even going to work today did not damper my mood. especially since when i got to job #2, jeanne gave me chocolate. chocolate makes everything better. better and delicious.
so, in short, i have no complaints with the world today. i am still basking in the glow of burning things (with permission!), and many explosive hulk smashings, and copious amounts of alcohol, and a stirring raiders victory (oaktown!), and lazy morning lie-ins, and perfect fall weather, and halloween festivities, and lego creations, and the super waitress, and movies aplenty, and everything & anything & nothing absofuckinglutely awesome all in one plus a giant vat of sangria.
yeah…shit is pretty good right now.
