it entirely depends on my mood, of course. that and: i don’t like people - What does ‘being social’ mean to you?
i have no effin’ clue, really. maybe “not a hermit” (alas…) or something along those lines. - Do you think because we’re Merkins* (meaning we love excess) we’re more social than other cultures? Why/why not?
::snerk:: merkin! anyway, considering excess and technological advances in society, i’d say people are far less social than they may have been before. cellphones, computers, and such have limited — ironically — communication. email, IM, text messaging and a whole slew of other crap has drastically changed interpersonal interactions, etc. and, things like portable gaming systems and ipods have limited interaction with strangers in public (hooray!) so it depends entirely. i don’t fucking know, i don’t want weirdos and creeps talking to me anyway. then again, they always do. damnit! - Bonus Question: Done anything social lately? Do tell!
