yeah so um, i forgot to do the friday five yesterday. i was workin’ & then got home too hella late to be caring about shit like that, ya heard?
i don’t know what it is, but i’ve been ricockulous tired lately (not from anything having to do with cock, of course) and yet still not managing to get any sleep. it’s driving me slightly bonkers, ya know. cuz i hate feeling all wiped out. before i’d sometimes have to deal with feeling teh drunk & whatnot, but at least when i was drinking i’d pass out because of teh drunk, ya know?
::le sigh::
anyway, on with da biznazz…
1. How many houses/apartments have you lived in throughout your life?
the current total is 10 places i’ve lived. 4 have been houses, 3 have been apartments, 3 have been dorm rooms.
- my gram’s house: my moms and i lived here for a while when i was a baby, and for a while after the ghetto ass plaza nueva apts from hell.
- at the Plaza Nueva apts.: lived here in a 2 bdrm with my moms before her & daddy got hitched, it sucked all the ass in the free world.
- random country house: we moved into this debilitated old country house near rocky vegas for all of about 4 days, but it was infested with centipedes & scorpions and i don’t think i actually spent a whole night there…we moved the fuck out lickety split — no shit.
- 309 5th Street: lived here from about 7 till i was 12, two bedroom lil tiny house about a block away from school. good times, even if it was small.
- 201 Railroad: current homestead for the folks & nick. moved here right after the lil brat was born, the folks & the nick still live there. it’s small, but it’s always been home.
- Wigglesworth B-21: freshman dorm with emily & crazy chick. it was nice, i had a single room all to myself. heh. fabulous ;)
- Winthrop dorm: lived here summer 2002 in a suite all by myself (with frequent rockstar visits), ’twas rather nice, ya know. right on the river.
- Holmes 209: aka the shoebox — the one-room (ONE ROOM!) dorm that jetta and i shared sophomore year…one fuckin’ room with the bunk beds and the bounce yer booty rugs & everything. ’twas actually really fun, though!
- 63 Nyack: ::sigh:: lived here for about 9 months…with dru, mike and…the rockstar. ::cries:: despite being a bit out of the way & whatnot out in watertown, it was nice. i had good roommates, and if everything with the rockstar & i hadn’t have gone to hell i probably would still be living there. :(
- #33: ah, mi current casa. right in allston rock city. yeah, my roommate is kinda nutzo, but i really like this place. hella convenient.
2. Which was your favorite and why?
hmmm….they all had good points, and all had bad. the shoebox was great cuz i was with jetta, but 63 Nyack was great because i was with the rockstar… ::cries::3. Do you find moving house more exciting or stressful? Why?
stressful as all hell! i fucking hate it! the packing, the boxes, the getting places from point A to point B in boston? FUCK THAT!4. What’s more important, location or price?
a blend of both…take 63 Nyack for example, great price rent-wise but small room (for me) and way out in the cutz an hour a way from civilization and me without a car. now take #33, great location but nearly double what i paid to live in watertown.5. What features does your dream house have (pool, spa bath, big yard, etc.)?
oh my christ…hmmm…somewhere with a giant yard, and a really nice, really big kitchen, with one of those kitchen island things, all done in black & chrome. huge bathroom with one of those big ass tubs & like a separate shower & whatnot…hmmm…lots of windows and lights and stuff, a place for me to draw and paint…you know what…i have a vision of the perfect house in my head, but i don’t want to talk about it right now. the more i think about it the worse it feels. because i’m lame.
but you know, if my future house is on the poolboy island all will be well ;)
