so, i did this sample share for old navy, and it was kind of a bust. the brick & mortar stores have no idea what crowdtap is, nor do they really give a shit about coupons or adhering to rules or anything.
plus, i should really know better, last time there were RATS IN THE STORE and this time i had to go to two separate stores. the watertown one had NOTHING in terms of selection, everything was kind of gross (seriously, tops with deodorant smears all over them? yuck!) and even though the offer was for one free top and one free pair of pants, they were reluctant to honor it.
this whole “compression” line is rather new, i guess. but kind of super bland and blah and not really anything special. not only are the patterns, selections and colors boring and not that varied, but the in store offerings vary wildly from those online and really don’t leave you much in the way of options.
plus the tank tops are cut really freaking awful. they’re mega unflattering and gross. thankfully i did not get those. but i actually did have to pay for the pants.
shirred capri-style leggings. they’re ok. the moisture wicking part is at least functional. and the top is not atrocious.
i had one good sample share before, but after this one, i’ll be more selective about what i actually attempt to do. this one was more trouble than it was worth.
