yeah, baby. my weekend was good.
how good? hmmm, let’s see: movie with two hot boys, book about dead bunnies, jack daniels, walk in park, movie with norahcita, three dead animals in one night, guinness, trip to target, girl scout cookies in ice cream form, pizza, SPARTACUS, yay!
omg, norah came over to watch spartacus sunday (i finished it last night) and it was SO HOTT! SO GROOD!! for example:
which prompted this:
me: “I know I’m supposed to be against slavery, but all I can say is: slavery is HOT!”
norah: “HAHAHAHAHAHA!”
heh. what can i say, i appreciate the hott boys.
::smirk::
oh and yesterday was absofuckinglutely phenomenally GORGEOUS outside, yo. soooooooooooo awesome possum.
seriously, i ran around like a crazed fool in boston commons as my figurative nads burst with joy. YAY WARM WEATHER!!!!!!!!! SPRING HAS MOTHERFUCKING COME!! ::ahem:: i am a big fan. i wandered around the park and just basked in the cool breeze and the warm sunshine. even though it was Marathon Day, it wasn’t that bad at all, really. and i managed to climb all over that monumenty thingie in the park without having any kind of mental breakdown. score one for the pineapple, yo!
last time i was in boston commons (more accurately, on the monument) was when the rockstar and i had one of our giant ‘we’re breaking up’ fights. yick. the last memory i had of being there was a being cold and heartbroken and crying my eyes out as we were screaming at each other. i remember feeling hopeless and alone and so fucking hurt. it almost hurt to just walk there again, but you know what? fuck that noise. i made a new memory. one with sunshine and a great book.
i got that idea from norah…saturday when we were frolicking around allston rock city we ended up at Our House having burgers (dead animals, yum!) and she mentioned how every place we’d been to that day she had last been to with CanadaMike (ick) and how she got to erase all of those memories and make new (cooler) ones because we went there (and i’m way cooler than stoopid CanadaMike). that’s a really interesting way of looking at things…and it works, kinda. and most importantly, is yet another reason why i fucking love norah. she rules. and boys suck.
the end.
oh, and something to read, since my blog is boring as a whore is disease-ridden: 26 things a perfect man *would* do, seriously…READ IT!!! it’s fucking HILRIOUS. i almost busted a figurative nut!
