so s l o w am i. there’s about 34 days left until i have to race. run. make a fool out of myself, whatever. and i’m attempting to try and train for it in some manner, so i don’t stand there all confused and freaked outish. 3.1 miles isn’t that bad, that long, 5k sounds so much more…
and there’s the 10 mile run i once agreed to go on, through waltham, with the rocktard. and that didn’t kill me, but i wouldn’t do that again, no way no how.
anyway, for my keeping track purposes:
friday: strength training BOSU class, 15 minute run
saturday: 5k loop training, 35 crosstraining, 6 miles ran in total, 20 min. biking
sunday: strength training class, core training class
tonight: (pending) strenght training class, 5k loop practice
