so i just signed up for the pilates reformer class at my gym. roughly translated that means i’m willfully going to participate in what will most likely be my untimely death at the hands of some menacing looking contraption that has already conspired against me with gravity. bastards…
no, really…it should be ok. you know, once i get the hang of it. i like the aspect of working a shitload of muscle groups all at once. and hopefully this will make some sort of difference, because i get my running time in during the mornings, but i still feel like that isn’t enough. furthermore, my ass. i think i can swing running in the mornings & the monday night strength training class — which i like quite a bit — and still do this. besides, it’s fun and new and maybe i won’t strangulate myself on the damned equipment (this is a lie).

it’ll probably be pretty god-damned funny to watch…in which case, i will be killing any and all witnesses! at least i have a couple of weeks yet to prepare before it starts.
