in a near-complete about face from declaring ice to be a liquid the TSA has overturned some of it’s own previous rulings and declared that travelers can once again bring on liquids. beverages and toothpaste (paste is apparently a liquid) are now allowed on board! hurrah! you know, provided you put them all in a clear, one-quart ziplock baggie.

Items purchased in the secure boarding area are for use on the immediate flight. If you must leave the secure boarding area and re-enter through the screening checkpoint, items exceeding 3 ounces that are not in the zip-top bag will again be prohibited.
which means, if you buy a juice or something in logan, and have a connecting flight in [insert city here] you damn well better drink all your juicy juice before you try to board the next flight!

but, i guess this means you can bring lube for some in-flight entertainment again.
