do i want to go to boot camp tonight? or the cycling studio? or maybe i should try out the multi-groove class? i just…don’t know. so many options. boot camp will most likely kick the shit out of me (which, i desperately need) but could possibly pull something…or you know, i’ll just flat-out wuss out of it. cycling seats hurt, but not in that good i’m-working-out-and-it’s-working way in that ow-i’ll-never-feel-my-ass-again way. sometimes in that i’ll-never-walk-right-again way. and that’s no fun…but it is a good workout. and multi-groove could be silly, but maybe good cardio? i don’t know, that’s the one i’ve not tried.
