it’s totally and completely winter in new england now…just minus all that pesky snow. i’m not sure what i prefer at this point, though.
but the cold, the unbe-freaking-lievable cold! jesustits! oh and this makes moving just all the more funtastical. ugh meh bleh.
i’m totally going completely stir crazy, too. it’s insane. despite the tired, the total overwhelming nature of the stairs, the way everything is freaking me the fuck out right now…i still want to move as soon as possible. at least the furniture and my lola so i can start living in my new place and just make small trips for the rest of the extras, you know?
stir-fucking-crazy!
and work isn’t completely taking my mind off of it right now either. because i walked right into the middle of a complete whirl wind today. oh my god. then again, would i really want it any other way? really and truly? i don’t think so.
- a titty bit nipply outside, eh?
- What’s the temperature like outside right now?
holy fuckin’ freezing my nutz off, batman! it’s C-O-L-D, cold!!! - What’s your ideal kind of weather?
balmy, a slight breeze, around 70 degrees, blue skies and me sittin’ with a frozen fruity drink of rumtasticness…preferrably inside of a pinapple or coconut with a lil umbrella. ::sigh:: - Do you prefer living in a climate with lots of seasonal change, or do you prefer it to stay close to the same every day?
i have to admit, i’m a whore for my seasons, i love fall and spring. but, if given a choice i wouldn’t mind trying out someplace that is temperate all year round. but i really do love fall. - How hard does it have to be raining for you to pull out an umbrella?
it’s not necessarily how “hard” it’s raining, but more like how “cold” the rain is. i love frolicking in the rain and rarely use an umbrella. but…if it’s cold, windy, icky rain…i get one. - What’s the worst storm you’ve ever experienced? Is the weather where you live ever potentially dangerous?
in no particular order: rain storm coming back from DIA this past summer — brutal to drive in; tornado that nickers and i drove away from this past summer — nearly trapped in wal-mart; the blizzard of ’06 part II — mainly the aftermath & digging out; the rainstorm that flooded north la junta when i was a kid. and no, weather isn’t really dangerous here. even in hurricane season, we’re too far inland for it to hit. and in colorado, even tornadoes weren’t that much of a threat.
