i knew this week was going to absolutely DRAG, and it totally is…ugh.
cartoon characters bring the entire city to it’s knees, and officials bristle at being the laughingstock of the entire nation. it’s gotta sting, really, finding out just how not cool you are in such a public manner. how panicky and given to overreacting you are.
and you’d think the next logical step would be to quietly slink away with your tail between your legs, right? wait for it all to blow over and try to go on with your life and get past the humiliation…right?
