i cannot even begin to count all the ways i totally and completely love my job. my coworkers, my office, everything is just…awesome.

what i do not love, however, is my FORMER hosting company: Host It Now Networks. i sincerely hope that everyone affiliated with that company not only dies a horrible, lingering, festering death; but that first, they are slowly devoured by burning acid and molested by an army of rabid gorillas. namely, timothy j. rice of st. louis, MO: you are a fraudulent asshole and i hope you suffer atrocities that i’m not even going to take the time to name. burn motherfucker, burn.

and thus, k-l-a-s-s-y.com & all therein are moving to a new, NON-SUCKASS hosting company. as soon as all the dns entries are properly resolved. which means there will be some downtime. but then…everything will be far greater in the long run.

and this sunday, i re-aquaint myself with the dark lord alcohol (oh, how i’ve missed you…) and celebrate the rebirth of my zombie lord. hallelujah!

it’s monday and it’s raining…

more importantly, i am still diseased. oh joy. this whole not being able to breathe properly, not being able to sleep thing is just really starting to get on my damned nerves. i’m functioning at like 65-70% today, which is higher than i have been in the last few days but still…
in other news, 2007 is shaping up to be a rather blah year for concerts. yes, i KNOW it barely started, but already the summer shows lining up are kind of…lacking. that, and i’m super annoyed that LCD soundsytem sold out. another weird thing — which could just mean i’m getting teh OLDz0rz — is i was looking at the ozzfest 2007 lineup and not a single fucking thing even remotely interested me. nada! nyet! nein! absofuckinglutely nothing…just random ass lame-sounding bands (quake before the awesome rocking power of three inches of blooooood! god, i wish that were a joke) so sad, i remember when ozzfest was the high point of my fucking year…and now? hell, now i wouldn’t be caught dead there.
i miss festival concerts, giant arena event shows. family values (is that even still running?), up in smoke, ozzfest, lalapalooza, etc… there just isn’t anything out there that’s enticing right now.
what’s more, there aren’t any local shows coming up — other than the ones i missed out on — that i want to see.
meh.
i’m sniffly still, too. ick.
