no, not really, but i did FINALLY get my blue, crushed velvet combat boots today and they are super luxe, mega comfy and ADORABLE on!

hooray for shoes. gearing up for fall i got some ridiculous awesome plaid airwalk sneakers (not pictured) AND these crazy black PU studded sneakers. they are hi-tops with studs on the straps, skull zipper pulls and red plaid interior. also some replacement brown flats (also PLAID!) that will cover for my favorite old flats that died. then i got replacements (same exact pair, pattern, etc.) and those died too. so sads. also trying out some oxford boots.
if only i weren’t so god damned sick right now. i’m not full-blown death plague level yet, but it’s a near thing. sore throat, sniffles of doom, i’m feeling pretty shitty. and i know it’s just going to get WORSE before it gets better.
and the problem is i can’t really take any time off of work to convalesce because everything is so crazy busy, it’s insane.
