my TV of complete awesomeness, that i’ve had for nearly 12 fucking years, that has a built-in vcr and is totally kick-ass…
died tonight.
and i don’t fucking know why.
it just…won’t turn on. no response to the power buttons, switching outlets doesn’t help…nothing. i mean, i don’t really watch tv. i can’t remember the last time i actually used the thing but that doesn’t mean i didn’t love it! on the contrary, i loved this TV to little squishy bits & then some. it’s perfect sized for my life right now, it has the meat stickers on it and my daddy gave it to me. this TV has been through some major parts of my life & shit. well fuck, half my life really.
and now…i don’t know how to bring it back.
alarm clock, late night dance 360 recorder, endless hours of gamecube, movie watching, extra shelf. this TV did it all…and now, oh man…
