i’m home, and sweaty, and gross…and sore.
but it’s a good hurt. it means i did something right, it means that i worked hard, and once i cross the pain barrier it means i can work harder. this is good…because i don’t want to become even more of a fatty mcfatpants than i already am. you know, cuz i’ve seen where it gets you & it ain’t pretty.
boxing is fun, also. more fun than i remembered and i am gonna do my damnedest to keep up with it. although now i’m starting to think about someday having my own punching bag in a corner all to myself at home. that would rule. and kickball isn’t much of a workout, but it gets me out and active and that’s good as well.
so…i am making an effort to get in shape. cuz right now the only shape i’m in is “round” and that just ain’t gonna cut it. and, if i can’t control anything else in my life, i should get a handle on this.
besides, i wanna wear my vinyl pants again. (yes, that’s right pants)
