so this whacked out pharmacy of completely ignorant fuckbags had decided that they won’t sell any contraception whatsoever because it conflicts with their “faith and morals”. by being judgmental asspricks they’re basically foisting their misguided “morals” on the world without a second thought. as they’ve stated “anyone who wants condoms, birth control pills or the Plan B emergency contraceptive will be turned away.”
what about women who need birth control pills for medical & health reasons that are unrelated to whether or not they’re able to have children? what about married couples? do they sell lube? do they sell fucking viagra? this is the most hypocritical and infuriatingly ignorant shit i’ve seen in a while. the idea of a “pro-life” pharmacy is so unbelievably retarded that i almost can’t believe such idiocy is real.

there’s a whole host of possible contraception methods for males, but they haven’t gotten the green light yet. because even though it takes two to tango, as it were. apparently the responsibility lies mainly on the female of that equation. even though modern society doesn’t really think that women’s health is something of importance and consideration and would rather strive to strip away opportunities than make things easier for everyone involved.

Progestin shots plus testosterone cream: At the 2007 Future of Male Contraception conference in Seattle, University of Washington researchers announced the results of a study involving progestin shots every three months combined with a daily testosterone gel. It worked well, but less than half of the men studied liked it.
Removable vasectomy: Also unveiled were the positive results of the first U.S. study of the “Intra Vas Device,” a set of plugs that acts like a vasectomy but is removable. It has also been shown to have no effect on future fertility when used short-term in animals—more human studies are needed to gauge any long-term effects.
A pill for men: Researchers at Columbia University announced that they’d found a nonhormonal drug that works as a contraceptive in mice. Will it work in men? Stay tuned.
Dry orgasm: Another promising possibility: In 2006, researchers at Kings College, in London, announced that a couple of drugs for other conditions have the side effect of creating a “dry orgasm” in men. No semen, no sperm, no pregnancy. If a similar drug were developed for birth control use, it could be taken a few hours before having sex and be quickly reversible, with the effects wearing off after about 12 to 24 hours, researchers say.

i just slogged home on a noxious, humid train full of massholes into a sweltering apartment building to find a fucking jury duty notice. my first thought was: jury duty?! seriously?! are they fucking for real? my second thought: RAGE!
in case you’ve forgotten, i JUST FUCKING SERVED JURY DUTY, mere months ago. hell, i barely got my “certificate of trial juror service” last month! and now this?
i realize that the mass .gov is full of glaring ineptitude and monumental stupidity, but what the fuck? not only are the police useless (that’s right, ignore the fucking douchebags speeding down the road with their headlights OFF at fucking 11 o’clock at night and keep playing your god damned solitare!), the RMV completely disorganized, the parking clerk’s office run by brain-dead morons, but apparently the judicial system is seriously lacking. this, however, is less of a surprise to me than you’d expect. i’ve been dicked over by the antiquated and mind-numbingly idiotic mass legal system before. and this state is notorious for its ridiculous laws and practices, it’s like the singular goal of the entire state is to suck the joy out of everything and destroy everything good and pure and fun in the world. so not only did i get forced to go to jury duty in the midst of rain and fucking delivery truck explosions that rendered the T useless, but those fucking bastards can’t even bother to keep track of the fact that in spite of everything i actually bothered to show up! not only did i show up but i sat in that dank, smelly, washed-out holding area for HOURS ON END because they couldn’t get their act together. my day was ruined and my time was wasted all for fucking nothing!
and on top of it all, they have the audacity to demand my presence, that i fulfill my “civic duty” all over again without even bothering to grant me the 3 year reprieve that is required by law?!
